Terms & Conditions

Sol Renovations provides property maintenance services including power washing, exterior and interior painting, roof cleaning, gutter services, and plastering. Specific deliverables and pricing are confirmed in a written quote before work begins.

All quotes are provided in writing and are fixed-price. The price quoted is the price you pay, subject to the agreed scope of work. Any changes to scope requested by the client may result in a revised quote.

A deposit of 30% of the project value is required before work begins on larger projects. Payment terms are agreed in writing at the time of engagement.

The client agrees to provide access to the property as required and ensure the work area is reasonably clear before the team arrives.

Sol Renovations provides a 12-month workmanship warranty on all completed projects. Materials are subject to manufacturers' warranties.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Málaga.
